1946 International Harvester Fuel Truck

By the 1930s, former farm equipment maker IH was the leading manufacturer of trucks in the U.S. Jay's friend Terry did the original restoration on this baby, but Jay has yet to restore its 214-cubic-inch flathead, since it runs just fine. What do you think - should Jay update the truck with a modern engine/transmission combo or keep it original?
